If you need to exchange or return your order, for any reason, we are here to help!
According to the Consumer Protection Code, exchanges and returns can be requested within 7 days in case of purchase regret.
You can exchange your product for store credit, choose a different item, or receive a refund through the original payment method.
However, please note the exceptions in our policy:
Exceptions to Our Policy
- Discounted items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Returned items must include the original tag and be sent in their original packaging.
- Items must not show any visible signs of wear or use.
How to Start an Exchange or Return
To request an exchange or return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us via WhatsApp: +55 11 996 917 809.
- Inform us which products you wish to return or exchange.
- Provide the reason for the return or exchange.
- If the item has a defect, please send us a photo or video with all details for evaluation.
- You will receive a return shipping code and must take the package to your nearest Correios branch within 5 business days for free postage.
- Return all items with the provided shipping label. (Items with missing accessories or attachments will not be accepted).
- Wait for our team’s evaluation to proceed with the exchange or refund.
