1. Introduction

Considering that Dani Costa Store sells products and services online;

Considering the customer’s interest in purchasing the products offered by Dani Costa Store (“Products”) through its sales channels;

This agreement aims to establish the general terms and conditions for the use and purchase of products and services by customers on the website.

I. Confidentiality

Dani Costa Store is responsible for preserving the confidentiality of all data and information provided by the customer during the purchase process. Our website’s security is audited daily and protected against cyber threats through the “Site Blindado” security seal.

II. Customer Support (SAC)

Customers have access to our support service to resolve doubts, requests, or complaints regarding their order or any content available on the website. The SAC can be reached via phone or the contact form on the website.

III. Delivery Policy

The estimated delivery time is informed during the purchase process and counted in business days. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. In some cases, deliveries may also take place on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays, depending on the schedule set by Correios or JadLog.

III.I – Delivery Conditions
  • It is the customer’s full responsibility to ensure that the product dimensions fit within the building’s lifts, doors, and hallways.
  • Assembly or disassembly of products, stair transportation, window access, or hoisting is not included in the delivery service.
III.II – Delivery Attempts
  • Up to three delivery attempts will be made on alternate days, with a 48-hour interval between attempts.
  • It is essential that a person over 18 years old, authorised by the buyer, is present at the delivery address with valid identification to receive the order.
  • If all three attempts fail, the order will be returned to Dani Costa Store’s Distribution Centre.
III.III – Order Modifications
  • Once the order is finalised, it is not possible to change the payment method or delivery address, request priority delivery, or schedule an earlier date.
III.IV – Delivery Time and Costs
  • The estimated delivery time considers stock availability, region, invoice processing, and product preparation time.
  • Customers receive automatic email updates regarding the delivery status.
  • The shipping cost is calculated based on the delivery location, weight, and dimensions of the product.
III.V – Delivery Restrictions

Dani Costa Store does not authorise delivery staff to:

  • Enter the customer’s home or premises;
  • Deliver using alternative means (e.g., hoisting items through windows);
  • Install or service products;
  • Open the product packaging;
  • Deliver to an address different from the one on the invoice (DANFE);
  • Hand over the order to minors or individuals without identification.
III.VI – SEFAZ (Customs & Tax Retention)

Dani Costa Store is not responsible for merchandise retained by SEFAZ due to customer-related issues. In such cases, the customer must personally visit the tax office to resolve the matter.

IV. Right of Withdrawal (Purchase Regret Policy)

Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. The following conditions apply:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with the invoice (DANFE), manual, and all accessories.
IV.I – How to Request a Return

Customers must request a return through:

  • Customer Support (SAC),

  • Control Panel under “Cancel Order”, or

  • Other communication channels (email, phone, or WhatsApp).

  • Return shipping costs will be covered by Dani Costa Store.

IV.II – Return Evaluation
  • Once the product arrives at the Distribution Centre, Dani Costa Store will verify compliance with the return conditions.
  • If approved, a full refund will be processed.
IV.III – Refund Processing
  • Credit Card Purchases:

    • The refund will be processed as a one-time payment by Dani Costa Store.
    • The issuing bank will apply the refund to the following or subsequent billing cycle, depending on the bank’s policies.
  • Bank Slip (Boleto) or Debit Purchases:

    • The refund will be made via bank transfer within 10 business days to the buyer’s individual account, which must match the CPF on the order.
V. Severability Clause

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, then:

  1. The invalid or unenforceable clause will be replaced by a valid and enforceable clause that best reflects the original intent.
  2. The remaining terms will continue to be in effect, enforceable within legal limits.
VI. Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.

By using the Dani Costa Store website, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, for any legal claims or disputes.
